Come get your summer started off right with a fun intro to running and Cross Country! Whether you are, curious about running, looking to condition for another sport, or ready to jumpstart your summer training for the fall, athletes of all paces and abilities will get a chance to run with peers along the Lakeshore trail, learn workout, strength training, nutrition, and injury prevention techniques, and participate in team building activities- all led by Jones College Prep coaches.
